There is additional free boat storage less than a quarter of a mile from the house within walking distance.
Hot tub will be open all throughout the year.
You are likely to see or hear critters throughout your stay.
Do not approach any wild life.
The house is regularly treated for pests.
No smoking.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is by 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of age or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
The house is close to Douglas Lake which is a popular recreational destination. Visitors can enjoy boating (there are 12 public boat ramps, the closest is listed above), swimming, and fishing (largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish are commonly seen). Water levels vary and it is recommended to check the water elevation prior to your stay if you plan to use the lake.

NOTE: An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing and descriptions may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
